When the new school timetable was first introduced, it was found to work well and offer more flexibility. Students were able to choose from a broader range of subjects. In recent months several problems have arisen. The principal seems unaware of the problems. Lessons have even had to be abandoned because there was no teacher available.
Teachers are not happy with the new timetable. They are prepared to persevere with it until the end of this academic year.

Although Mr Green had found that life at the new company was difficult at first, he soon got used to the more stressful routine. Indeed he found that the excitement of his new job gave him much more motivation and he consequently enjoyed his work more. Moreover, the time just flew by when he was at work and he never found himself watching the clock like he used to in his old job.
However, when he went for his regular check-up at the doctors he found that life in the city had had an adverse effect on his health. His family life was also suffering, and as a result he decided to take a break from his work. Despite being happy in his job, he realised that there were more important things in life to worry about.
